Each year a Citizen Committee organizes the Cherry Days event in North Ogden. Last year Cherry Days was a 1 day event ending with Fireworks on July 4th. This year, in partnership with the City, the event was 8 days ending with Fireworks on July 8th.

Next year July 4th is on a Thursday. Cherry Days could be an 8 day celebration ending on the Thursday July 4th with fewer parade entries, fewer carnival vendors and more expensive fireworks. Or it could be an 8 day celebration ending on Saturday July 6th with more vendors, less expensive fireworks, and more parade entries.
