Last month we asked you questions about the new “Drive Thru Only” Ordinance that was implemented for the holiday light display in the Thoroughbred neighborhood in an effort to improve public safety. The new Ordinance prohibited viewers from walking in the Thoroughbred neighborhood between 5pm and 11pm, from Friday, December 15th through Sunday, December 24th (10 days including the two weekends before Christmas)

Thinking back to before the new rules took effect, do you feel there was adequate communication to residents about the “Drive Thru Only” Ordinance?

Did you go to the holiday light display in the Thoroughbred neighborhood last month? (Choose all that apply)

Which best describes your thoughts on how long the “Drive Thru Only” Ordinance was in effect?

Overall, do you feel that the “Drive-Thru Only” ordinance improved things for residents of the Thoroughbred neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods?

Any other comments or suggestions about the “Drive Thru Only” Ordinance or how it might be improved for the 2018 holiday season?
