The City of Sandy City has identified several building needs. The “Fire Station 31” project would replace the main building that is breaking down and relocate it to a more central and accessible location. The “Public Works Building” project would finish replacing a building that burned down. The “Alta Canyon Recreation Center” project would rebuild the current center amenities and add an indoor pool, a splash pad, two indoor basketball court-sized gyms, an indoor walking/jogging track, and larger rooms for classes and equipment.

With the estimated costs for each project below, which of the following projects would you want the City to do first?

Using the median home value ($628,000) in Sandy City we can convert a $12 million overall project cost into a median home paying $19.56 more per year ($1.63 per month).

Which of the following statements do you AGREE with, if any? (Choose all that apply)

Which best describes how much you would be willing to pay to renovate or rebuild the Alta Canyon Recreation Center amenities and add an indoor pool, a splash pad, two indoor basketball court-sized gyms, an indoor walking/jogging track, and larger rooms for classes and equipment?

Any other comments or suggestions about these possible projects or priorities?
